My Experience: I purchased this visio va 320m in Sept 09. The tv is excellent in all areas, considering I had owned a Sony kv2675r console tv since 87. I bought the vizio home, connected it up to my Direct tv and the only thing I had to do was set the clock in the tv...that's it! No adjustments what so ever. Beautiful, nice extremely clear pic resolution, and it's stereo sound is really awesome to listen to. I have the tv set up in my bedroom on my dresser, and I will be purchasing another vizio, possibly a 42' for my living-room.
I have a vcr-dvd combo connected to my vizio, and the pictures are the same as if you watching regular tv. This thing is just an awesome set, all around.

Problems: I have not had ANY problems what so ever! I am retired and I watch tv quite a lot every day, from the time I rise in the morning to about 10 or 11 at night, so this tv is always getting a lot of play. My sister came from Austin Tex to visit me and she threatned to take the tv back to Texas with her.When her b-day comes, maybe I will purchase one for her. I bought the tv from Costco and I got a deal on the purchase.
