My Experience: After a positive experience with 2 ViewSonic computer monitors, I am thoroughly disgusted with my 37" ViewSonic LCD TV. Original unit had inconsistent brightness after 7 months. It has taken multiple call center calls with 2+ hr. wait times to get a replacement. Refurbished unit has lost video after 2 weeks of service. I have emailed and called the call center, plus called a contact @ corporate. Awaiting a response. So far, nothing. I have lost all confidence in this company and its products.

Problems: Product malfunctions on original unit and its (refurbished) replacement.

Woefully understaffed call center; 2+ hr. wait times to speak to an associate.
