My Experience: bought it at Costco in March 2012. Picture went out in July 2012. 1 month pass warranty. Need to ship it to the repair center. no drop off. what a pain in the A**s to pack a 32" TV and ship it. dont waste your time and money. Buy a REAL brand name TV for a few bucks more
