My Experience: I had this unit for about 3 weeks. The first week we were thrilled with it. I got DirecTV HD and it was great. But then the color never "settled" down and black people looked green and white people looked pink. I spent another week trying to adjust this unit to get everything "just right" and never made it. On top of that, the contrast ratio is pretty low. All of the highlights were washed out.

Problems: Since I can only get my local network channels in SD, how it handled these signals was important and I was not satisfied at all. I brought it back to the store (Walmart) where they gave me my money back. We upgraded to a Philips for a couple of hundred more and are very satisifed. It was worth the upgrade for the contrast ratio (3200:1), the much improved SD display and vastly improved audio!
