My Experience: Opened the box no power cord. Had to call company 3 times to get one sent to me. What was sent does not work on the unit. Only one picture on their Quick setup paper shows a power connection and what was sent is not what is need to power this unit. I guess when they don't supply you with a power cord. They can send you anything and expect you to be happy. It has been 3 weeks and still cannot use the 350.00 unit I purchased. Bad product and very bad customer service.
Problems: Westinghouse is junk. |
