My Experience: I am currently on hold with customer service (15m43s) because mine had a defective "Y" sustain board and lost video after 2 years and 4 days. The warranty was for 2 years. The Television was only hooked up to our DVD player and the Wii. DVD's were maybe twice a week and Wii was only weekends. So, for two years and an average of 10 hours a week of use, or 1,000 total hours over 2 years. According to the specs, I have 59,000 more hours of display life...
Problems: $1,099 and it is sitting in my garage under a blanket hoping customer service (16m27s) will pick up.
They said they would extend the warranty, but all they keep doing is "thanking me for my patience" and letting me know that they "are
