My Experience: We had this television for 2 1/2 years and enjoyed it a lot. Great picture although there are better ones now. Again, we enjoyed it for 2 1/2 years except we expected to enjoy for at least 10. Last Sunday, we're watching and suddenly it sounded like a firecracker went off! I had read about the pop, but thought I had escaped it. I will say this for LG, after a couple of phone calls, they extended our parts and labor warranty and within a week we have an in home repair scheduled and it won't cost us anything.

Problems: I only got one pop not two like others here. It was loud though! The green light stayed on and we still had sound, but the picture was kaput. I will no longer trust this TV even after it is fixed.
