My Experience: Not even 2 yrs old and we already have a 1.5 cm line from top to bottom. because we only have a 1 yr manufacture warranty dell will not help us... told us to send it to the states to be fixed to find out that they are not accepting any tv from canada... it has been 2 week since i talked to anyone... all tv repair shop say the tv is now garbage...

Problems: Do not buy a 42inch w4201c from dell or anything for that matter and their customer service (expletive deleted)!!!!!!!!!!
