My Experience: For the first 2 years the TV was awesome; then the bottom half of the screen suddenly started going black and intermittently the entire screen goes black. 1-year expired. Dell requires me to ship it to Ohio and pay $250 inspection fee plus parts and labor to fix. Total for shipping plus inspection fee-$1200. Then add parts and labor to fix. DO NOT BUY. Terrible company for customer service!Dell will not supply parts for DIY.
