My Experience: I bought my 55 VF 820 Hitachi at a going out of business sale.It was a demonstrator model,priced at $640.00.I got a 1 year warranty.The unit works wonderfully,the HD is remarkable,pip is very cool with twelve channels showing at once.It has great sound right out of the tv,no need for home theater sound.I couldn't be more pleased.Highly recommended!
