My Experience: I've owned the TV for two years. I have gone thru two lamps ($175ea) The picture takes a full 30 secs to warm up... The picture has now mysteriously gotten extremely dark. I am college educated, and cannot locate a simple brightness control on this POS...That's probably not the problem anyway. I'm sure it is something more than that, and will cost more money. TECH has been here three times for various issues. His # is programmed into my cell phone! Easy to use ...NO

Problems: It would be nice to simply be able to watch the thing. My SONY in the bedroom works just fine as it has for the past 5 years!!!
What was I thinkin to buy this thing? That damn salesman talked me into this in the middle of another SONY purchase..
