My Experience: Repairman knows my dogs name he has been here so many times. TV owned less than four years, three bulbs have been replaced and bad picture quality was the reason for one visit. We chose to purchase this tv because we felt safe going with Mitsubishi brand name. Now we are stuck with a tv that will have to serviced yearly.
Problems: Bulb has to be replaced yearly. Our Performance Service Plan expires in two months. Charges for bulb and labour on receipt 337.99. Is this how all Mitsubishi products preform? This purchase was a mistake. It will take a long time to save for another replacement. Sad....
