My Experience: Have used this set extensively for some time now. The picture is very nice and works perfectly with our DirectTV sat. Picks up local channels well with an antenna. This set is extremely heavy. Despite the problems, we are more than satisfied given the low price at the time for an HD plasma set.

Problems: We had the same issue with the blue hue. Upon calling up Philips, they located a repairman in my area and I got a free housecall in just a few days. Turns out that a voltage adjustment needed to be made on the motherboard. I was extremely satisfied with their support in this case. Turns out that this is a fairly common problem according to the repairman. It was under the manufacturing warranty at the time.

The only other thing is that it is noisy, but it is something we have gotten used to.
