My Experience: My fiance and I purchased this TV for Christmas. Came very well packaged. Setup was extremely easy. The picture quality is great. Since this is our first Plasma purchase, we did purchase the extended warranty, but do not expect to have to use it.

Problems: We have not had any problems thus far.
