My Experience: I purchase this same exact model on 12/1/07 in walmart. May 2, 2008 already I have a major problem dvd stop working I call customer service spoke to an engineer customer service rep that stated to me they will sent out a new dvd and is easy for me to installed. I recieved the new dvd and it still did not work call back on the ten day that I got the new dvd spoke to another rep and he said he will let me speak to a supervisor, supervisor said he will set a request to headquater in order for us to get a new tv sent to us this was on 5/12/08, he said someone will call us within 24 hours i waited call back on 5/15/08 spoke to another rep that said that person that i spoke to is not a supervisor. This company plays with customer and they do not stand by there product because is not a good one he also stated that the dvd they sent to me was a used one and this is why it does not work. My response are you kidding me on my warranty is state that I'm cover for 1 year parts and labor for this model as per them it does not cover dvd even though my warranty does not specify that. Spoke to another supervisor after waiting for 33 mins I made him repeat over and over that he is in fact a supervisor not one acting with authority. I read to him my warranty and ask if you cover for part and labor why is it that I'm that don't have any experience as a technician is doing the labor part of this warranty can they sent me a check since I'm doing the job that state on my warranty they cover. He said all they could do is sent me another dvd. Okay is this dvd don't work what is the next step as per supervisor they will sent a technician. I just wonder if that is ever going to happen. I will make sure no one as well as I and my family purchase any polaroid products and I will continue in informing customer not to put they hard earn money to a company that does that stand by the product like POLAROID.
Problems: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE AND DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN COMMUNICATION OR TROUBLE SHOOTING ANY PROBLEMS.
