My Experience: I got my tv black friday 2007. It's been a good tv up until now Dec. 2008. Dealing with walmarts customer service for the protection plan has been a pain in the butt. I wouldnt recommend anyone through this stress. I have been without sound on my 42' polaroid a week before christmas 2008..Still waiting to get something done..No SOUND!! bad product, bad customer service..STAY away from the walmart extended warranties they stink!!! They need good tv repairmen service as well, in my area they only have one person who works on them and his service stinks as well..
