My Experience: I've had this LCD TV for about 15 months now and it's performing very well. The picture is very crisp and HD images are superb. Inspite of it's the sound problems, it's still an excellent buy. It does get a bit hot from the lamp, so I run a small fan behind it to help keep it cool. There's not a second lamp, so once it goes out, it's gone.
Problems: I've had a lot of problems with the sound noticably slightly out of the sync with the picture. I use the HDMI input from the cable box and the HDTV input from the DVD-Surround Sound system. The HDMI sound problem was mostly corrected with a new cable box. The HDTV input from the DVD is still very noticable and can sometimes be corrected by reversing the dvd for a few seconds. Proview states they've never had this problem with the RX-326 and therefore wouldn't acknowledge there was a problem.
