My Experience: I have had two of these fail within 10 months. RCA/Thompson has had the television longer than I have. I understand problems with technologies. This coupled with the very poor customer support group should be illegal. I will never purchase anything from RCA or Thompson EVER!

Problems: Waiting for third replacement tv in 10 months.
