My Experience: Purchased 2 years ago. Went out last summer, just out of warranty, went out again today.
RCA tech support is rude and worthless. No more RCAs for me!

Problems: The first time,when the TV was turned on, there was a NO SIGNAL message on the screen. $200 repair ($5.00 part, $195.oo labor). Today we have sound but the picture is extremely dark. Thought there was no picture, but saw it when we held a flashlight to the screen.
