My Experience: The image, sound and ease of use is great. Reliability sucks and for this kind of money it shouldn't.

Problems: Had TV less than six months and digital board went out (Big Bucks). Even if you registered TV when new, RCA requires proof of purchase to honor their warranty (Why). Even with proof TV has been in shop almost 30 days waiting for RCA to send parts.

When I contacted Customer service I had the privilege of talking to someone in India. Even though these people speak English they don’t comprehend it.
