My Experience: I have owned this Television for a little over a year. We purchased this Television at our local Wal-Mart where we added a two year service plan. After two years, when the television is turned on the picture will not come on. We called RCA and they have told us that it COULD be needing Lamp Replacement that is conveintly NOT under our service plan and we will have to purchase it ourselves. If of course, that is the problem. In which, we will be waiting 2-3 days for someone to call and set up a date that they can come to see if that is that is the problem and they will also charge us for their service. After doing some research I found that RCA sells Lamps for $300-500. Where as, other places sell them for $189. RCA claims that all of these bulbs go out in 6 months to a year. So if you are looking to buy a constantly breaking television this is the one for you!

Problems: RCA doesn't have good service, RCA doesn't sell good televisions, and a service plan will never be bought again.
