My Experience: NOBODY CAN HELP US SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF THIS UNIT
LC-40C32U.CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT HELPFULL.

Problems: TURNING ON IS A PROBLEM. THERE IS SOUND, BUT PICTURES ALWAYS DISAPPEAR, ALL BUT BLACK SCREEN. IT HAS TO TURN ON AND OFF SEVERAL TIMES, UNTIL PICTURE HOLD. THIS IS OUR FRUSTRATION WITH THIS UNIT. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.
