My Experience: There is a problem using this TV's HDMI with Comcast cable. I got split screens when changing channels. I switched from HDMI and have not had split screens. I was not impressed with Sony from a customer service standpoint. The representatives seemed to not have access to my prior calls. In the end I got a rep who clearly was hoping to wear us down with "nothing." That said the TV is very nice when it works properly. Whenever I switch it will not be a Sony.
