My Experience: Picture went out after a year and a half, but sound was still ok. paid the $450 to get it fixed. 3 months later, same problem. vizio wont fix it and now im out a grad total of $1500.
DO NOT EVER BUY A VIZIO, THEY ARE CHEAP, UNRELIABLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!
