My Experience: I purchased this Vivitek 56" HDTV, it's a piece of junk. I originally requested a new one when the warranty was still in effect, no go. Vivitek was around at the time and fix the set. Six months later the fan and the module (which was the trouble orignally) were out again. I have this in my living room, it has not worked for over a year. Buying a new set is cheaper than fixing it. Vivitek sold lemons and they new what was going on. When you called customer service , it was a long winded battle of excuses. Finally I gave up! Get another brand that has reviews all over.
