My Experience: My wife ordered this TV for Christmas last year on line from a "network" affiliated organization.
The TV was easy to setup for HD, has a great picture and easy to use features.

Problems: 1. I was unable to setup my rempote to operate my cable box, have to use two remotes.
2. Vivitek customer service is impossible to get "live" leave a message and someone might call you back in 24-48 hours. They have never returned my calls.
3. The DLP lamp burned out in less than a year. I was able to find one "on line" for $249, never heard back from Vivitek. No local TV repair services had a bulb for it and an internet search only turned up the one site I bought from.
4. The Vivitek website has been taken down, I'm worried if there is a future problem with the set if I will be able to get it repaired.
