My Experience: Worst television I have ever experienced.

I recently purchased the Westinghouse LD4655-VX 46” LED HDTV. I was excited to move up to LED, and the picture quality in the store was great.

I brought the television home set it up, and immediately, realized that the audio quality was sub-standard. The audio was hollow sounding, crackly, with no bass. I went through the set up several times trying to adjust the audio without success. I set the date and time, but it would not keep the right time, and the information box continued to flash in the upper right hand of the screen each time the broadcast would change from commercial to commercial, and back to the program I was watching. This was very frustrating, and annoying. I read the instructions over and over, followed them to the letter, but still no success. I contacted online support, and found out that I could not use HMDI connections and keep the time and date on the television set. A very disappointing realization, since my blue ray player is HMDI connected. The difference in the picture and price was not worth the inconvenience of the date and time, and the poor quality of the audio. Totally dissatisfied with the product Westinghouse 46” LED HDTV LD4655-VX, I took it back and exchanged it for a different brand LCD HDTV, and guess what? The picture on the LCD is better than the picture on the 46” LED HDTV LD4655, and the audio is great. The Westinghouse LD4655-VX should be pulled from the stores until it can be improved to be worth the price.
