My Experience: Mine lasted about six months before the picture developed a shadow on the screen. The picture is there but it has a shadow stemening from center and angling left at first. Now it anglels right and left. Their slogan was once "You Can Be Sure If It's Westinghouse". You can be sure of poor customer service.

Problems: My warranty is a joke. Westinghouse has been dancing with me for over four months now and tells me I will get a refund in four to six weeks.They primis to get back to you in 24 to 36 hours. not once did they respond back to me.
