My Experience: This telly has a great resolution. Native 1080p and that for a price of 1200 Dollars, as it is discontinued. Unfortunately I will return it and replace it with a Vizio, as the contrast ratio of 1:1000 doesn't seem to be correct. The colors of the picture look wached out, no deep black values. The unit is overwelmingly bright, pale scenes almost disappear in a white blending mess.

Problems: There are no black values with this HDTV, as great as the resolution is, as poor is its black level. The picture quality lacks in depth and details, because the darkest value it achieves is grey, the picture appears very flat and washed out. Also, when you watch at the telly in a dark environment you will notice hot spots in all four corners of the display.
