My Experience: 2010 class action lawsuit, to replace light engine. Zenith Support via LG is now in Philippines. All reference to Class action lawsuit removed from LG/Zenith site.
Zenith model number removed from their systems, so you cannot use their website ti email them, only via writing to Huntsville Alabama.
9-3-13 called phone support, poor woman could only respond by saying that she understands my problem and will open a file, but does not know what they word manager means. Nor can she find info on class action suit. Nor can she find this model number...it no longer exists in their system.

I read reports others are having their sets replaced...here we go...wish me luck fingers crossed.

Problems: Light engine causes discoloration on screen, read numerous reports of replacements that do not work and finally replacing entire TV.

Thats what i want !
