My Experience: I guess we're the lucky ones. Our HP HDTV picture lasted a whole 3 1/2 years! That's on what should've been at least a 10-year system. Of course, Best Buy won't stand behind it after all this time, despite they're saying how good it was. Minimum wage flunkies at Best Buy!

Problems: The image disappeared last night and will not return. Local repair shops are basically telling me "forget it", that HP TV components are obscenely expensive for a substandard television. Sure doesn't act like a $1,700 TV! Never, never again will I buy an HP product and Best Buy's lost me forever! They're as bad as HP.
