My Experience: Have had TV for almost 4 years with problems being many. This year alone we have had the chassi completely replace in april and the complete engine replaced in september and the chassi is now being rebuilt again.

Problems: take long time for picture to come up
shuts down without notice
has been down about 4 months out of this year alone.
