My Experience: Picture is great on HDTV and pretty good on standard TV.

Problems: Had for 6 months and Lamp went out on 16 Sept '07. Service Repair company told lamp on backorder and not available until 19 Oct '07. Philips customer service will not talk to me about anything, will not acknowledge lamp being out of stock. Very frustrating. Service personnel will only give me address to write to, no email or names to send complaint to. Service did say that model has been discontinued, which is not unusual for technology. But when they state typical repair time is 3-4 weeks it becomes extremely frustrating.
