My Experience: My set is just under 2 years old. The Indicator Lamp went on it about a month ago. Cannot get service in my area. The nearest shop is just under 100 miles. Researched the problem to diagnose what was wrong, got someone to order the part ( Sam's club repair shop)and they were supposed to talk me through the replacement of the part, but that did not happen, a friend helped to replace it. It worked for about 2 weeks. Now the power button blinks, and blinks, and blinks etc no picture or sound. Will not purchase anymore phillips products if I cannot get service for them.

Problems: No audio or video at present and no repair shop in my area that is certified to repair Phillips products to come out and check it out or find out the cause of tv not working properly.
