My Experience: This will be the first negative review of the TV. I won't argue with the statement that the price is good and the picture and sound just fine -- but mine went black after 20 months -- and I would hope for better reliability than that.

Problems: Purchased Jan 2008, Went black in August of 2009.
It was used several hours a day between one or another member of our extended family. Our other (CRT) TVs have all lasted multiple decades -- and
this one was $1100 -- so I am unhappy.
