My Experience: I found it to be an "average" flat screen. Nothing better or worse than others priced the same. Well that was until my 18th month of owning. Suddenly, it would power on, but nothing was on the screen. So...took it to Sears to drop off and see about getting seviced. Let alone the trouble with getting it to Sears. The one I bought it from wouldn't take it because the screen size was to large! I had to take it to another Sears 30 mins away to drop off!

Problems: Service center callem me back to tell me that it needs a new LCD panel. Mind you, I paid $1200 for the tv, the price to fix?? $2200!!!!! Of course the PARTS warranty expired in 12 mos. I was at month 18! It costs twice as much to fix the tv, then the tv cost me brand new in the 1st place!! I will NEVER buy another Sylvania product! EVER!! Customer Service was NOOO help at all! They wouldn't even tell me if others had similar problems! DO NOT BUY!!!!!
