My Experience: UPDATE! Needless to say, nothing has changed with the Sylvania company. But since doing my research..Sears no longer carries Sylvania TV's. (HMMMMM....wonder why?) Also I started researching other websites and found that MANY others had the same issue with their TV. Of course the company said they had no reports of it at all! One website, a lady had bought 3 TV's, well within 6 mos. 2 of hers had the same problem as mine!! Go figure! This company is a scam and out to take advantage of consumers! I will keep up on this and let all know ANYTHING I find out! They are not even willing to offer a discount for a new product!! BAD SERVICE!!

Problems: Needs LCD panel! Costs twice as much as the TV itself! WTH??
