My Experience: If you want to pay $700.00 for a tv that will be dead in one year and from a company that offers no assistance then this is the tv for you. I had it for 1 year and ten days and now it will not turn on. The repair bill is $380.00 for a dead power panel. Also, customer service informs you that if it is installed on the wall, then the warranty is void. This is a lie, I read the warranty, no such language. Upon my 2nd call to customer service they withdrew their first lie and apologized for the "misunderstanding" but still would not stand behind their product. Sylvania is now called "Funai" ever hear of them? Me neither. I'm just thrilled that I purchased this piece of crap with a credit card that doubled the warranty period to two years and gladly refunded all of the purchase price together with tax and repair bill estimate fee. I had the impression that the people in the customer service department, may have been prisoners as they really didn't care about providing any service or assistance. Don't buy Sylvania n/k/a Funai.
Problems: Dead power supply panel.
