My Experience: I am on my third L32 in a year, both have had the same problem, after about six months when you turn on the tv there is no pic or sound. Vizio denies that there is an issue with this model, but I strongly disagree. When I get my third set back, (went out two weeks after warrany} I am going to sell it.. Vizio should be renamed JUNK....
