My Experience: I bought this TV at Office Depot for $999 and I could not be happier with it. It has the best picture of any 1024x768 TV I've ever seen. Even the picture for SD or analog sources is extremely good, which is a problem I've noticed with other affordable plasmas. Even the sound on this unit is pretty good. The construction is pretty solid, although the stand feels a little flimsy by itself, when the TV is setting on it it doesn't give at all.
Its only weak point is a limited digital connectivity- 1 HDMI and no VGA or DVI ports.
Problems: No VGA or DVI connections.
