My Experience: I also bought this at Office Depot for under $1000. What a deal! I have done extensive research and cannot find anything even close to this TV for the same price with comparable features. The picture is definitely nice, especially the Hi-Def. I noticed a significant increase in quality when I switched to component input, I cant imaging how great the HDMI will look!

Problems: The only problem I see is during the first 15-30 when I turn it on (after being off for at least 8 hours) is a little dark horizontal static. I think this might just be the TV warming up and it eventually goes away.
