My Experience: I bought this tv from an TV shopping network thinking I was getting a great deal. The image quality from any broadcast was a little fuzzy. I bought higher end cables which produced little to no improvement. The quality was particularily poor for any type of sports. I was getting ready to order HD programming through DirectTV when I began to experience problems with the TV not turning on. After the service department told me to try checking the bulb it seemed to get better for a few days but eventually would not turn on at all.
Problems: I was told I would be recieving a new TV and the company would contact me within 48 hours. 12 days and several calls later and I still have no answer from them other than to wait and that they refuse to refund my money because the 30 day money back guarnatee has passed. This TV worked for about 45 days. I spent 28 minutes on hold long distance to their so called support center to be told we can't help you and you will just have to wait until we get around to sending you a new one. The TV shopping network also told me there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I am extremely upset with all parties involved and would not recommend this TV to anyone. If you bought one I would return it before the 30 days even if you haven't had a problem.
