My Experience: MY HUBBY AND I BOUGHT THIS "HEADACHE" FOR EACH OTHER IN DEC. 05.1(YEP ONE MONTH BEFORE CHRISTMAS 3000) MONTH LATER WE RECEIVED AN ENTIRELY NEW ONE BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE FIRST ONE. THE SECOND ONE DIDNT LAST FOR ONE YEAR BEFORE IT BROKE. THEN VIVETEK SOLD ME ANOTHER LAMP FOR $200. WHICH DIDNT FIX IT! WAITING FOR REFUND ON LAMP. VIVETEK SAYS CANT HELP ANYMORE. BROUGHT POS TO TV GUY HE WANTS 200 FOR THIS AND 200 FOR THAT AND 1000 FOR LABOR TO FIX IT! VIVETEK AS A CORP IS DOING NOTHING. PEOPLE DO I HEAR CLASS ACTION>? IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS I HAVE SPENT OVER 3000 DOLLARS AND 5 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE???? IS THERE NO JUSTICE. WE ARE GOING TO ADD A VIDEO TO YOUTUBE DESTROYING THE TV. ONCE WE GET IT BACK FROM OUT OF HOCK MAYBE THEN VIVITEK OR SHOP NBC WILL DO SOMETHING ANYONE WHO WISHES TO HELP ME PURSUE A CA SUIT EMAIL ME @ RDAZ215@AOL.COM WE ALL WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND GOT HOSED ON THIS PURCHASE.
Problems: TV IS JUNK. NO ONE STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCT! PLEASE HELP!
