My Experience: Bought this tv in december of 2005 from a shopping channel thought it would be a great tv but it has been nothing but trouble since april of 2006. Sent parts out we called every other night trying to get service.Called the shopping channel and vivitek finally came out in april of 2007 tv still did not work when the tek left made us buy a new lamp it still does not work. Called back about it now they say there is no record of any one ever comming out to repair it or calling about it.So now we are stuck. We will never buy from tv shopping channels again they would not stand behind the product either.

Problems: 51 inch vivitek dlp hdtv Been a total nightmare. Could never get any help from customer service.
